    Will The Arlo hold my event date?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates without a signed rental agreement and payment deposit.

    Does The Arlo host more than one event at a time?

    Exclusive access to the property is included in our Friday, Saturday and Sunday rates. Please speak with your venue representative for more details regarding other weekday rentals.

    How long do I get to use the event spaces at The Arlo?

    Regular event hours are from 11am to 11pm. Additional hours may be available as needed. Please ask your Venue Representative for more details.

    Does The Arlo offer a payment plan?

    For your convenience, payments can be made in three installments, due dates will be scheduled at time of booking. Full payment is required 60 days prior to your event.

    What happens if I have to cancel my event?

    In the event of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable. In addition to the required event liability insurance, we strongly encourage our guests to consider event cancellation insurance.

    What if it rains on the day of my event?

    The Arlo offers indoor and covered, outdoor spaces to accommodate inclement weather. We encourage you to discuss a rain contingency plan with your third-party event planner.

    Does The Arlo have a preferred vendor list?

    The Arlo proudly collaborates with the best-of-the-best event industry vendors in Austin. A complete list of our favorites will be provided at the time of booking.

    Does The Arlo require an Event Planner?

    The client is required to secure the services of a third-party Event Planner to be present for the final walk-through and on the day of your event. Clients can select a planner from Our Favorites list or have the planner of their choice pre-approved. The Arlo does not provide event planning services.

    Does The Alro require a final walk through prior to my event?

    A final walk through with your Event Planner, Caterer, and Venue Representative is required at least 30 days prior to your event.

    When can I have my rehearsal?

    Rehearsals can be scheduled up to 45 days before your event. Scheduling is based on availability.

    Can I provide my own alcohol?

    Clients are permitted to bring their own beer, wine, and/or hard alcohol; however, we do require that all alcohol is served by a TABC-certified bartender arranged through your pre-approved caterer or bar service. The Arlo does not provide bar or catering services.

    Can my vendors break down or pick up non-venue items the day after my event?

    All personal items, outside rentals, decor, etc. must be loaded and unloaded the day of your event. Please speak with your venue representative if additional time is needed.

    Is there a discounted rental rate for reception only events?

    No. The Arlo proudly offers exclusivity of the main house to each guest and therefore does not offer discounts for reception only events
